Silvia Gomm is a foreign associate with GST LLP and based in the firm’s Miami location. Ms. Gomm has acted as counsel, co-arbitrator, and sole arbitrator in arbitrations before the major arbitral institutions in Brazil, such as CAM-CCBC, FIESP, Câmara do Mercado BMF, and others. She also has years of experience in Brazilian courts, including the representation of a State development bank in disputes worth over 50 million USD and the enforcement of numerous multi-million arbitral awards in Brazilian courts. She has also appeared in administrative before the Brazilian antitrust authorities representing multinational companies.

Ms. Gomm is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Paraná Chapter, a member the list of mediators at the Association of Companies of Paraná, a member of the Arbitration Commission Committee at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) – Paraná Section (2019 – 2021), and member of the Board of the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the  Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) – Paraná Section, since 2019.
