Represented Venezuela in a dispute brought by a Barbadian trust in relation to a hotel development in Venezuela. We obtained dismissed by the Tribunal with costs to Venezuela. This case was one of the first to analyze the requirements for a trustee to bring a claim under the ICSID Convention.
