Patricio Grané Riera

Patricio Grané Riera graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, where he specialized in Public Law. He holds a Diploma in International Business Litigation and Arbitration from the Université Paris XII and a Diploma in Economics and Finance for Lawyers from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He also received scholarships to participate in the External Program of The Hague Academy of International Law on “Global Governance and International Business Law” and Southwestern Law School's summer law program in Buenos Aires.

His practice focuses on international dispute resolution, especially in investment and commercial arbitration, where he has experience working in numerous matters under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC rules, in original and annulment proceedings. Patricio also develops his professional activity as counsel to the Buenos Aires-based boutique law firm Guglielmino & Asociados. 

Prior to joining the firm, Patricio worked in the International Arbitration Group of a global law firm in Paris where he advised clients on arbitrations under the rules of ICSID and ICC.

In addition to his practice in international arbitration, he has clerked at the Federal Contentious Administrative Appeals Court and worked as Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance of Argentina.

In the academic field, he teaches and participates in research projects on international law at the University of Buenos Aires.

Patricio is fluent in English and French and has a good understanding and working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.

He is based in Buenos Aires and not authorized to practice law in Florida.
