Mr. Zetina is an associate with GST LLP and focuses his practice on international dispute resolution, especially international arbitration. He is licensed to practice law in Guatemala and his admittance to the New York bar is pending.
Prior to joining GST LLP, Mr. Zetina was an associate at a leading law firm in Guatemala where he focused his practice in international arbitration, cross-border insolvency, and asset recovery. He also represented and advised business associations and governmental entities on constitutional law, human rights, and public international law.
Mr. Zetina holds an LLB from Universidad Francisco Marroquin where he graduated cum laude and third in his class. He holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where he graduated with a Parker School Recognition of Achievement, and Mr. Zetina served as Research Assistant in International Arbitration, LL.M. Graduate Editor of the American Review of International Arbitration, Co-Founder and Editor of the International Arbitration Newsletter, and a Cutler Fellow in International Law. Mr. Zetina does not practice law in Florida and is not admitted to the Florida Bar.
Mr. Zetina is fluent in Spanish and English and proficient in French.
