Mr. Womack is an associate with GST and focuses his practice in litigating all manner of commercial disputes in state and federal court. He has experience litigating in courts across the country, as well as negotiating and mediating matters outside the courtroom. He is admitted to the Florida and Arkansas bars, and certified to practice in federal court in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
Prior to arriving at GST, Mr. Womack worked at a national law firm where his practice emphasized insurance disputes. Specifically, he represented insurance carriers in litigation regarding liability coverage for director and officer (D&O) liability, legal and medical malpractice, construction defects, and product defects.
Mr. Womack graduated from Boston College Law School in 2011, where his studies emphasized commercial law, bankruptcy, and corporate law. Before attending law school, he obtained is M.A. from the University of Miami, and completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University, where he graduated with high distinction.
